Transactional Analysis & Body Focused Psychotherapy Group

Wednesday 2013 Monthly TA & Body-Therapy Group

Facilitated by Sue Hampton

In this group I will be offering:

  • Group Psychotherapy to support life-script change using theory and techniques from Transactional Analysis.
  • Body Focused Psychotherapy in which participants will be encouraged to process early defensive patterns and emotions using body-orientated techniques, such as awareness, breath and movement work.
  • Facilitation of group process where interactions between all members of the group will be explored.

There will be a maximum of Six clients.

You will be asked:

  • To attend at least one individual assessment interview with Sue (cost £50.00).
  • To give the group three sessions notice if you decide to finish.
  • To pay your group membership monthly fee whether you attend a session or not.
  • To pay by standing order.

Cost: £50.00 per month.
