These 2-day courses are run as team building trainings in organisations or as open courses (currently twice a year in South Manchester and Berkshire).

Most problems can be solved by clear, straightforward communication.

What is Transactional Analysis?

In the 1950’s Eric Berne developed Transactional Analysis, a field of psychology, which could be understood and available to everyone.

• How we relate and communicate with one another
• How to think, feel and behave in a way that will enable change and growth

TA is underpinned by the philosophy that we are all fundamentally OK, that we can change and we have the right to be in the world and be accepted.

What is the TA 101?

The TA 101 is an introduction to transactional analysis which gives you a working knowledge of all it's main concepts in the context of effective communication. It is an internationally recognized certificate.

This training is designed to give you both theoretical concepts and hands-on experience. The aim is to equip you with the practical tools and communication skills to help to you to enhance all your relationships at work and at home.
