In my practice as a Body Psychotherapist, I have learnt that creative voice-work and movement are wonderful ways to manage stress, anxiety and depression.  I describe the procedures that I have developed over many years as, 'Freedon in Voice and Movement'.

This session has been designed as an introduction for people who wish to regain their health and fitness througfh using expressive voice, dance and movment.  You will learn to manage your emotional and physiological state by working through your body.  The nature of this work means that this group will be kept small.
