Professional Development Training for Psychotherapists:

1.Body Focused Psychotherapy 101

This one-day introductory seminar is available for trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who wish to learn about working with the body.
The course will serve as an introduction to Sue’s approach, which has evolved over 14 years experience as a Body Focused Psychotherapist. She will introduce BFP to you as she does with her clients; by teaching you body-focused ‘awareness experiments’. She will do this in the context of Body Psychotherapy concepts and models including her ‘Realms of Experience Wheel’.

There will be the opportunity to engage in theoretical discussion and analysis, to work experientially and to receive supervision as well as live supervised practice.
